Jackal Jester

From publisher blurb: Jackal Jester may strike any place in the country that carries cash, jewels, precious metals, valuable art objects or negotiable securities. He has a psychotic sense of humor, and a blatant disregard for human life. He carries a lethal assortment of joke shop devices in his bag of tricks, and his hideous, blood-curling laugh is triggered by collateral damage. Beware his bite! "FOE FILE #03: JACKAL JESTER" contains a briefing from TEACHER, the sentient computer system of the Crusader Citadel (headquarters of the Crusaders superhero team), character sheets with complete stats for Jackal Jester in VILLAINS AND VIGILANTES and LIVING LEGENDS, and a full page origin complete with background, tactics, personality traits, choice dialogue, and stats for Jackal Jester's lycanthropic minions, the Cadaver Dogs!
