How to Play Ensure to separate out the MISSION and RULE cards (White back Image) from the rest of the main playing cards. Shuffle the deck (all black backed cards) and deal 4 cards face down to each player to form their initial playing HAND. Put the remaining cards into the center of the playing space to form the DRAW Pile. Each player takes a turn moving clockwise and each turn is made up of 4 different phases: START: Activate powers from the MOOD DRAW: Take 1 card, forgot power .. Too Late! PLAY: Play 1 card or DRAW 1 card END: DISCARD cards over the HAND limit (no more than 8 cards in your hand) KEY TERMS HAND: Cards in your hand (i.e. not the MOOD) MOOD: Where you store cards to activate them DISCARD: Add to the DISCARD pile DRAW: Take a card from the DRAW pile SUPPRESS: Remove a card from your MOOD DESTROY: Force opponent to remove a card from their MOOD, added to discard pile /b GAME CHANGERS /b DRAMA: Change the course of the game, effecting one or more players. After being played add to DISCARD pile BRAINFART: Play during anyones turn to stop play. Reversed by another instant card. All in- play cards go to DISCARD pile PICK ME UP: A positive effect you can add to your own MOOD. If you forgot to use effects….too bad! PUT DOWN: A negative effect used against opponents. Players must store in their MOOD & adhere to the effects MISSION** : Play the game with or without random MISSION cards; each player is given secret win conditions Optional: play with MISSION cards, shuffle mission cards, dealing one (facedown) to each player. You can choose to allow one swap in which case shuffle the returned mission into the pack and allow player to select a new mission The first to collect 8 emotion cards (+ meet MISSION objectives) in their MOOD wins.
