From the introduction: On returning to camp [the player characters] find that a plague has hit. Lt. Stolander orders the [characters] to find a witch doctor by the name of Jafidor whom the locals believe can cure the disease. Jafidor should be found quite easily. The smell of death and sickness fills the camp.
