Intrepid

From publisher blurb: And now introducing, INTREPID! As fast as she is gorgeous, as famous as she is blonde, meet our starlet speedster as she makes her way into her own WatchGuard Solo project! One of the founding members of WatchGuard, Intrepid's kinetic energy-based powers lend her a variety of abilities, most of which present themselves as speed-related powers.
