Initiative Order, Round Count, and Monster HP Tracking Sheet

Publisher's blurb: Keeping track of Initiative Order and rounds of battle and what the current HP of every Monster on the field is can get complicated. So I simplified it into one sheet that you can either print out for each battle or use a sheet protector and Dry/Wet Erase Markers on. Either way this sheet is sure to simplify things in your game and make battle move even quicker.
