Inconsistency Attack! - the Webcomic RPG

From the introduction: Are you a reader of webcomics? Are you a writer of webcomics? Then Inconsistency Attack! is a game for you! Get some friends together, grab some polyhedral dice, dream up a cast of zany characters and before you know it, the jokes will be flying through the air! Inconsistency Attack! is a game that tries to leave it up to you, rather than put you in a run-of-the-mill fantasy world and boggle you with minutiæ and tactical rules matrices. All you need is a simple, stereotypical, sketchy character outline, that you will build up into a complex being as storylines progress.
