Incantations: Skill-Based Magic

From publisher blurb: Incantations: Skill-Based Magic introduces a magic subsystem to the Fifth Edition of the World's Oldest Roleplaying Game which is devised around making ability checks. An incantation is a ceremony that can be performed by one or more characters to invoke a magical effect. Incantations can be invoked by any character, not just those with access to spells and spell slots, and they are designed to reflect such tropes as withering curses, folk magic, and hedge magic. This file includes six incanatations and rules for making more. This subsystem can be easily introduced to an existing Fifth Edition campaign, or with a bit of work, be used to replace the existing system.
