User summary: In the Name of Justice! is a set of rules for costumed hero gaming (superheroes). It was prepared for release at Gen Con 1996 as a "quick start" introduction to a planned full game that was never released. In the Name of Justice! is a playable game in tradeback format, containing rules and a scenario. It is published as a ZIP archive that contains the main rule book, two single page, full-page maps (PDF Format - Bank, Street); a four-page print-cut-use PDF of game tokens and cards, and an HTML "index" file to the other documents. Characters have primary "Stats" (Attributes) including: Strength, Coordination, Health, and Intellect. Characters also have four derived secondary "Stats": Luck, Speed, Hit Points, and Armor. Primary Stats run from 2-10 for ordinary humans. Luck and Armor start at zero; Speed is usually 3; human Hit Points run from about 20-40. Superheroes may have substantively higher scores in some areas depending upon their build and powers. Super characters are assumed to have Abilities and may also have Disabilities.
