Hover Strike: Unconquered Lands is a CD remake of a Jaguar cartridge title that was released in October 1995. The CD remake featured improved graphics and additional levels. The cartridge version of Hover Strike was also released in 1995. The game puts you in the role of the pilot of a hovercraft tank. The game allows you to shoot your way through 30 different 3D levels which include terrain like ice, water, mountains and an enemy base you must infiltrate. Some of your weapons include guided missiles, grenades and lasers. Most of the enemies in the game are low flying aircraft that follow and shoot at the player. There are also turrets and enemy hovercraft that are on the battlefield. Most of the missions order you to take down a certain amount of enemy rockets, sensors, or re-spawning bases.
