Sexualities in the game are Straight Man, Straight Woman, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Man/Woman and post- and pre-op Transsexual Man/Woman. The characters have a "label" on them to tell their sexuality (transgenders are all considered straight) - but the game can also be played in a hardcore "blind" mode where you don't get a label on the adults.
