Hone, the Elf Wizard

From publisher blurb: Do you know how to make a character for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game - Second Edition? Do you have time before your game? Do you have a friend who wants to jump in and just needs a quick pregen to get them started? Or, perhaps you’re a GM and want a straightforward NPC, with a statblock for you to get started with. Then this is for you. Each Premade Player contains a single pre-built 1st level PF2 character. It also contains rules for all of their feats and spells. And finally, it also contains a portait of the character, a sample backstory, and some personality tips to play them.
