From the introduction: In this system characters are created using points to buy stats, abilities, and traits. A player starts by first coming up with a character concept based on the world that the Game Master has set up for them. Then using this concept they begin to build a character. A character starts with 1 point in each Stat and 21 character points then gains 10 character points every time they level up.
