Home Made / Homebrew Villains & NPCs

user description GMs, do you have a favorite Villain, Black Hat, Big Bad Evil Guy (BBEG)? Have you a great story about how one of your evil creations upstaged the famous Frankenstein's Monster? How about a memorable Non-Player Character which your players continue to retell stories about years later? This entry is for all of us who have created a cool being within an adventure or campaign. And for those of us who wish to create just such an addition for a future gaming session. Add images of your creations, discuss what made them memorable or what works and what doesn't work. Let the creative juices flow.
