This appears to be an electronic puzzle game for two players. Placing the board between them, each player receives the pieces for four plastic hippos in their color. On a turn, the player draws a card from the center of the board which outlines where their hippos must be placed on their side of the board. The timer is turned, and they must then assemble their four hippos, place them in the indicated sockets, and then thread the light cord through the hippos in the correct order and plug it into the destination hole. If the light comes on, it indicates the puzzle was completed successfully. After a set number of turns, the player with the most completed cards wins.
