Heroes of Prime

Publisher's blurb: Create heroes in the World of Prime, where XP is the concrete and tangible resource it should have always been. Intended to work with Lords of Prime, these guidelines expand on a world where class level is a discrete quantity. Some changes are made to the core classes to better reflect the generally lower level of characters and magic in the world.
