Heroes Chronicles: The World Tree

User Summary: Chapter 5 of 8 in a series of single-player games employing the Heroes of Might and Magic III engine that chronicle the life story of the barbarian hero Tarnum and, ultimately, the backstory of the "Reckoning" which destroys the planet Enroth and leads to mass-migration to the world of Axeoth, the setting of Heroes of Might and Magic IV. In-Game Description: "Tarnum is drawn to a distant region to save the World Tree, that which gives life to all living things, from the Necromancers. But a far more dangerous enemy waits for the Immortal Hero - an enemy he has no chance of defeating."
