Description

A new game by Masao Suganuma, of Machi Koro's fame, based on the eponymous manga by Kazuhiko Shimamoto, which is basically a parody of the "Super Sentai" series, better known in America for its "Power Rangers" version. In this game, players are would-be heroes working for the Hero Company, which such fancy names as "Choco-Red", "Soft-Yellow" or "Macaron-Navy". Each turn, which represent a week of game time, they try to resolve three different cases of increasing difficulty (ending with a final battle of supposedly epic proportions), in order to get the best grades from the company. Each hero can only try to resolve one of those, though heroes can queue to resolve the same case. Some cases only rewards the player who actually resolved it (ie, beat the threshold to resolve it with the die/dice), and others rewards every player who participate. To spice up things, each hero has a hand of skill cards to either boost his capacities or mess up his partners' plan. While it is important to cooperate to overcome the different cases, in the end, there can be only one winner, so this isn't a cooperative game.
