Helot

From publisher blurb: Complete Characters #2 - Helot, Human Vigilante in a Supers World Tired of watching the whole of humanity go soft under the protection of superpowered humans, Todd James takes on the guise of Helot to wage his personal war against the capes, both good and evil. His daring and willingness to fly in the face of the "rules" of superhuman engagements are his greatest weapons. The perfect anti-hero, villain, or even hero of any campaign world where Supers and normal humans coexist.
