User summary: In Hell Inc. players have characters that are demons. Their primary activity is in tempting humans into mortal sins so their souls can be claimed. Demons have three Attributes (Cruelty, Deviousness, and Dark Majesty) with scores obtained by distributing a point pool. Action resolution is very simple. Most of the game is concerned with the process of getting souls, making pacts, and so forth. The PDF as distributed has three pages but the third page is blank.
