All the players vote and the player receiving the most votes gets to move up. each player plays every time to create the funniest, most interesting or zaniest headline for the image. The winner is the person that gets to the finish line by receiving the most votes for their head1lines. If a player gets too far ahead they play with a handicap to keep the game competitive for players of all ranges. This is a green game made from recycled materials.
