User Summary Hammerin' Harry (Daiku no Gen-san) is the first entry in the series of the same name. It is an arcade game by Irem about a man whose house is destroyed by the evil construction company Rusty Nailers Inc. that seeks revenge. He goes forth with his only possession ... a giant wooden hammer! The game was ported to the Famicom (and PAL NES), but the North American release was cancelled. Some minor level and boss changes were made, but the graphics were significantly worse and the physics based object+hammer collisions were basically removed.
