Originally published by Circle Games in the 1980s, Goblins is a rather unique social commentary, and was partially meant as such. Characters are Goblins from the bottom rungs of society. They deal with the poverty and other issues that were endemic to British society of that time. From the back: "This game deals with a variety of unpleasant subjects, such as burglary, prostitution, child abuse, leeching, alcoholism, the opinions of O.S. Fowler, piracy and venereal disease." In a first for GURPS, most of the 144-page book is printed in color.
