The modesty was all false, as were many of the breasts. This was a party for the decadent and the elite, and Dennis Poleman felt underdressed and underprivileged. He stood in the corner, the one place he shouldn’t be, and made note of many of the people in attendance. Many of their faces were recognizable from television spots, the Forbes 500 list, and he even thought he saw a few movie stars. I need to be sociable, I need to mingle, he thought to himself, what is the point of coming here if I don’t talk and get numbers?
