From the introduction: This is a sourcebook of material suitable for use in World War 2 era campaigns and adventures, between roughly 1930 and 1950. It includes a basic primer on the history of the time period, as well as information on various characters, organizations, weapons, and vehicles of the time. Game Masters should feel free to modify and use this material as needed for towards a single time travel adventure, a series of adventures, or even a full-blown campaign.
