Ghost Detectives is a storytelling game for two to eight players. Each player plays either a suspect in a murder or some other kind of mystery, or a they play a detective who is trying to solve the mystery. However, the detectives also have special powered abilities because they are ghosts, angels, demons, or some other kind of supernatural being of the players’ choice The players come up with some kind of setting and some kind of mystery that needs to be solved. The players also come up with individual traits for the characters that they play. The game begins with each player telling their part of the story. The ghost detectives are allowed to interact with the characters in one or more scenes per player, and each scene will probably involve more than one of the characters. After each scene, the detective will learn something about each character and the case.
