From publisher blurb: This adventure is suitable for a party of 4-5 Players in the level range of 6th-7th. A rare and powerful magical artifact has been arranged for sale in the town/city. The item and the Gnome Getri, the Wizard who is to sell it are both overdue as a sudden magical explosion rocks the setting. Spreading out from the epicenter of the blast is arcane and caustic slime that sticks to and eats away at everything it touches. Both the officials of the setting (City Watch, etc) and the buyers of the magic item are willing to pay The Party for their help in stopping the deadly sludge but also recovering the magic item. The Party must contend with a severely damaged structure filled with oozes and slimes to uncover that the Wizard Getri, has used the magic relic while visiting a Demiplane of his own creation. Something has gone terribly wrong and the caustic ooze is continually pouring out from the Grimoire that serves as the ‘vessel’ which contains the Demiplane. The Party will have to travel the aforementioned plane, traverse the slime flooded landscape and finally enter Getri’s Hide Out, confront the monsters within and recover the artifact, The Mortar and Pestle of Barra’Khett. Should The Party feel magnanimous, they can rescue the shady natured Getri and let him go free. Adversely, The Party can attempt to bring Getri to justice for the damages done. Finally there are several magical item rewards for The Party to receive and should you as The Overlord wish, they can even obtain the Mortar and Pestle of Barra’Khett.
