From the introduction: Cartoons, in most places they are just viewed as comedic shows and are just watched as entertainment. However, here in this reality “Toons” are people, a minority group with strange powers who generally work as actors and entertainers producing the various shows that people love. Through cartoon shows such as Bonkers, Animaniacs, Tiny Toons and the Looney Tunes show, you get a glimpse of “the real” world behind the scenes where Toons are people and have their own problems.
