From the foreword: Welcome to GEA2703, a post-apocalyptic role-play setting. There is no space-travel whatsoever, no aliens, no spaceships, no planet terraforming or colonisation, no hyperspace jumps. User summary: GEA2703 was developed as a setting to playtest the Rules of Thumb game. The setting is somewhat uneven though it is not tightly coupled with the game system (it could be used with almost any system, with minor alterations).
