User summary: The Buyer's Guide was produced by Games on Call and enumerated available play-by-telephone games. Most games were not role-playing style games, though some were. Generally, the RPG-style games functioned like a cross between a "radio drama" and a "choose-your-own-adventure" style development. Callers typically received a per-minute charge, via a telephone bill, for time spent playing.
