F/X Primer (Version 1)

From publisher blurb: Using a sliding scale of might, variable dice, and a wide open, but controlled power system, F/X Basic can handle anything from mere mortals to earth shaking beings of legend and myth. There are no fixed stats, but rather ability pools and specializations that define what the character knows, what he can do, what he owns, and how good he is at all of it.
