From the introduction: Welcome to Pumpkin Town, Sucker. Pumpkin Town is a whimsical Halloween world designed by Peter Seckler. A full treatment of the setting may be found in the PERP release and will not be detailed here; instead, we're going to focus on converting the mechanics (originally Mike Mearls' PERP) into FUDGE. FUDGE Flavor: Pumpkin Town uses the basic FUDGE dice-rolling method - 4dF, straight up, no chaser - and the standard scale of seven FUDGE words.
