Freon

From publisher blurb: When you are a small time hood with big dreams, you do what you can to get by. A score here, a little amateur boxing there. Sometimes you get lucky and something falls in your lap. Freon started small but has big plans to go with his new powers. Are there heroes hot enough to stop this cold menace.
