Fort Lincoln

From publisher blurb: Fort Lincoln: Colonial Outpost 12 Fort Lincoln originally started as a USCMC base on Mars (or on a sandy planet in another setting!) but the discovery of rare elements saw a civis grow up around the base as well as amenities. This led to a maglev station which could easily connect to the bigger cities on the planet. Fort Lincoln, or just 'Lincoln' as it is starting to be called, is on the up!
