Flicker

From publisher blurb: What would you do if one day you're, like, walking down this really cool neighborhood, that used to be kinda rough, but now it's being renovated and all the indie bands are moving there, and there are lots of gigs and really cool people hanging out in the coffee-shops, and a lot of organic co-ops and micro-breweries... Anyway, what would you do if you were walking there and all of a sudden you'd see the place in a total state of destruction, like burning, with buildings ruined and alarms going off... and the next moment you're back in this really cool neighborhood, all shocked and, you know, PTSD. Oh, and you also get super-speed and space-bending powers. I mean - it’s SO over the top!
