From publisher blurb: This is a standard RPGA Network tournament for a team of four to six 3rd-level agents (though the serial’s challenges and XP rewards are tiered so that the serial can be played by up to six agents of levels 8, 13, or 18 as well). With the assistance of an innovative Icelandic physicist, Dr. Brinn Gunnarsson, an international terrorist named Patrick Boregy has developed a weapon with which he intends to threaten the leaders of the free world. The weapon harnesses the heat of a volcano, projecting the captured energy in a laser-like beam that can shoot down aircraft. Boregy’s first target is the President of the United States, who is due to fly to Russia for a meeting of the G8 consortium of “the most powerful nations of the world” in a few days’ time. Once Air Force One is literally melted out of the sky, Boregy intends to demand that the remaining G8 leaders accede to his demands to drastically reduce globalization and greenhouse emissions… and, of course, to provide him with large sums of money and immunity from prosecution.
