FIASCON

From the introduction: You think you can undertake the organization of any project, be it a convention, a conference or a live-action roleplaying game. You think you will work your fingers to the bone to make sure everything will work out as well as possible. You think you will try to do the impossible and make sure everything is prepared on time. But there is only one law - more difficult than any organization or behavior - the law of averages. Do you think your project is different from the rest? Don't be naïve. Nothing you do will ever really shine. Do you know why? Because you are a crappy organizer.
