User summary: Characters in Fate Weavers are identified with one of four elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water); this association influences nearly all aspects of subsequent play. Each element corresponds to a trait (Physical, Resistance, Personality, and Mental, respectively) and determines how a character will, principally, interact with the world. Attributes have numeric values distributed from a point pool. The game proposes an interesting phase mechanic where the setting ("the universe") transitions between the elements; characters can take advantage of these phases to influence their fates.
