FATE 2.0 is a Fudge-based system which incorporates the use of Aspects and Skills created by the players, as well as the gaining and spending of Fate points, which can help to turn problematic situations in a player's favor. FATE is fairly rules-light and encourages good role-playing and story-telling as opposed to numbers, details, and experience points.
