Upon arrival, the farmer is in distress. Two nights previous, the farmer awoke to moans coming from just outside his house. Armed with nothing but a shovel, the farmer swung his back door open to find his entire flock - some dozen creatures - slaughtered and half-eaten. The moans belonged to the youngest of his flock, which the farmer managed to save. But the rest...there was no reviving the mess of animals laid out before him. Even more chilling that the gruesome way in which his flock was killed, the farmer could not see a single sign of which direction the attacker (or attackers) came from. There was not even a single scratch on his fence, not a log or board out of place. Was it a pack of wolves? Goblin raiders? The farmer knows not. But they are hoping you can help avenge the deaths of the innocent animals that used to call this little spot in the woods home.
