User summary: The F.A.T.A.L. Character Generator is a standalone executable file for MS Windows systems. It allows rapid generation of a character which is saved as a text file on program exit. The system solicits input, however for most choices if the user selects a specific outcome (rather than a random one), an additional "mental illness" penalty is placed upon the character. Note users must self-certify they are 18+ to use the software.
