Exiles of Newmarket

From publisher blurb: The villagers of Newmarket have prospered from the new trade route passing through town. But a disgruntled former neighbor is about to get his revenge by turning the possessions they discarded when they got rich into animated objects and setting them against their former owners. Can your party save Newmarket from their old furniture and knick-knacks come back to bedevil them? Exiles of Newmarket includes a new creature — swarm of animated objects — and several new non-magical items. It is published under the Open Game License. It doesn't specify a setting, so that you can integrate it into your own campaign world.
