Description

From the publisher webpage: Familiar with the basic game, do you want to pursue more evolutionary possibilities? In the Evolution Expansions, you'll find a wide range of different traits and geographical elements to give you more variety in your tactics. The world is now a much wider place to play! Can be played as a standalone game or combined with the series. Objectives Use the traits and characteristics of the creatures to keep their species alive The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins Introduction to the rules The structure of the game is the same as that of "Evolution - Origin of Species", so if you don't understand the basic gameplay, please click on the link first. New in this version Each player receives an Evolutionary Isolation Card, which allows them to decide which zone their creature will be born in during the evolutionary phase. Three Zone Cards are placed between players, each corresponding to the name of the zone on the Evolutionary Isolation Card. Each Zone Card has a different way of generating food, and during the feeding phase, creatures can only take the food available in the corresponding zone, or hunt for it. When a creature evolves an 'aquatic' trait, it moves directly to the 'Tethys Sea' area and then removes its aquatic trait, as an animal that is already swimming in the sea does not need to emphasise that it is aquatic. "Migration" is a very powerful trait and should be used to good effect.
