From the manual: Europe Ablaze is a simulation of aerial warfare in World War II. Each player, and there can be as many as twelve or as few as none, takes on the role of Air Force Commander-in-Chief or Air Fleet Commander. Those positions not assumed by human players are controlled by the computer.
