Etherscope: The Great Metropolis

From the back cover: The Great Metropolis. Industry, Oppression and Corruption. In a world of out-of-control technology where every day chokes on its own filth, one city showcases the extremes. Smokier than London, more corrupt than New York, more productive than Detroit and seedier than Amsterdam, this rare megacity supports a population of over 100 million people. Welcome to The Great Metropolis.
