User summary: Etherlords II Spells is a supplement built using the PCSIK Core Module. It contains two schools of magic ("Green Magic of Vitality" and "Red Magic of Chaos") and one summoning spell within each school. Both spells detail a number of "monsters" that can be summoned, with their point-build cost. The peculiar title is derived from a campaign run by the author. The supplement is not illustrated.
