Epoch City

From publisher blurb: Epoch City struggles under the weight of corruption, violence and decay. A city without heroes, indeed without super powers. Until now... Epoch City is an official setting for Superlatives and was a stretch goal for the Kickstarter campaign. It includes: A full description of the eponomous city. Eight new characters. Two new adventures: Status Quo and Rise of Heroes, introducing superhumans to this city.
