The premise of Elsewhere is that a place, like a town, a cargo ship, or even something like a asteroid base has been displaced from it’s own time or place. It could be a wild west town send to the land of the fairies, like in the examples below, or a typical village from a fantasy setting send to the wild west in exchange, or anywhere else for that matter. The players will be playing two characters. An Insider character dedicated to keeping their community together, not only surviving but thriving, and a Outsider character who will deal with exploring the new surrounding around the community and dealing with anything that might threaten it from inside or out.
