User summary: Characters in the game are cyborgs with a "glitched" system for suppressing emotions. Throughout the game, random emotions pop up and the characters must respond do them. Characters are created with narrative descriptions only and it is assumed most characterization will occur during play. The game is played in four structured turns, or phases.
