El Conquistador

From publisher blurb: An immortal bent on world domination... El Conquistador! A Power Level 13 Rogue, El Conquistador has spent centuries seizing power! El Conquistador is an iconic character in the Beacon City universe, but can be dropped into any campaign with very little alteration. El Conquistador's file is designated "Black" to represent the unknown origins of his abilities. He is armed with an indomitable will and artifacts of both mystical and technological origins. He is a world-class villain with world-class ambitions. Nothing short of the utter conquest of Earth will satisfy his thirst for power! This megamaniacal outlook makes him a perfect nemesis for heroes or teams who operate on a global scale, while his immortal background can easily connect to heroes with similar backgrounds. If your hero has walked the Earth for long enough, it is very likely they have crossed paths (and possibly swords) with El Conquistador in the past!
