It contains 150 different fill-in-the-blank cards such as, "I have never ___ in public." and "I have never felt ___ on my ___." There are 3 ways to play, and here's the most popular version: Players take turns drawing a card and (verbally) filling in the "I have never ___" card with a true statement.
